and very scarce 1975 Annual Report of "The Port Authority of NY & NJ".  Booklet is approximately 10" high x 8-1/2" wide and has 39 pages, heavy weight and textured, of black and white text, detailed and colored artwork and artist renditions (by Al Spencer), related to the day to day functions of the Port of New York Authority. Cover features a great fold-out showing a jetliner's approach to New York and New Jersey.  Interior features Articles and Artist Concept drawings of Newark International Airport, George Washington Bridge, Path Tracks, World Trade Center complex, Marine Terminals, NY Port Authority Bus Terminal, etc.  Annual appears to be complete.
Condition:  This booklet is in BEAUTIFUL and excellent crisp and clean condition with no writing, no stains, no holes, no rips, no tears, no bends and no bumped corners or dog ears.  It is a beautiful piece of history.  Please see photos for details.
