My father was an Asian Art and Antiques dealer and restaurant owner. I like my other brothers and sisters acquired his leftover inventory from the 40s-80s as family heirlooms handed down to us. These carvings are one of a kind, hand-made, by an artist/craftsman in China. Who knows, maybe I'm selling these too cheap and therefore your getting a great deal, could be these were made during a past Chinese dynasty period. Antiques Roadshow, Sotheby's, or other appraisers if they had to chance to look at this and others in my collection, could be worth much more, my dad was good at buying and acquiring these antiques. I would say these will increase in value over time, a great investment.
