Signed in BLACK Sharpie BY BILLY JOEL for his  - "GLASS HOUSES" LP  Excellent shape autographed BILLBOARD TOP LPs & TAPE DOUBLE PAGE CHART for "GLASS HOUSES" WHICH was the #1 TOP LP in the U.S July 5, 1980  It has a nice picture of BILLY JOEL at the bottom of the double page chart. Please view the photographs. It comes with a COA from PSA/DNA AUTHENTICATION SERVICES. CERTIFICATION # AD50661 This autograph comes from my personal collection and was obtained in person.  It was signed at either Colony Records in New York, outside a TV studio or a concert venue, or at a local airport in New York.  The autograph is GUARANTEED to be a vintage signature.
