Chinese painting, Hand-painted ink and color on silk fabric framed

For your consideration is a antique Chinese art.  This is an ink and color on silk with a silk border and framed.  Landscape with mountains and people in the town.  Lots of detail on this one.  The actual painting measures 13" x 30" and framed it is 18 3/4" x 35 1/4" x 1".  Has the Chinese picture hanger on the back as shown.  A beautiful piece of Chinese art that is not signed.
