Stylistic painting in form of a Chinese fan leaf after Fei Danxu (1801-1850). Hand painted Ink and color on silk. Possible the early 20th century works painted by Chinese academic artist, substitute signature. Paper and silk of this painting in finely mounted in Chinese skill in style of a fan-leaf, within the border margins comprising scrolling Chinese traditional pattern motifs. The date of the mounting could be backward in 1950's at least. Because it's very close to the mounting style and the materials used of the Museum's collection Landscapes for Liu Songfu, in the Art Institute of Chicago, reference number 1943 106.9.
