Fully restored Grady White walk around cuddy cabin

Description

This is my personal boat. I purchased it 5 years ago and did a complete restoration with no expenses spared. New poly gas tank, all new wiring, new bilge pumps, new open transom with only the best materials used, new paint, etc. Motor is a very well maintained 2006 Evinrude BRP 225 that I purchased from a boat dealership where they had given the motor a scheduled 300 hour service overhaul before selling it to me. In the past 4 years that I have enjoyed this boat on the water I have put approximately 150 hours on the motor. So there are no scheduled maintenance for another 150 hours. Before putting this boat on the market I freshened it up with new foam teak flooring and two new batteries.Boat is a 22 ft seafarer but with the extended dive platform it is almost 24 ft. This boat runs (50mph), rides, looks, and is as solid as a brand new boat. There is a very large unused pre prepped space in the floor that can be used for extra gas tank, freshwater tank, trophy fish hold, whatever you would like.
