Mead H283 Heated Platen Pneumatic Press 1.5 Ton Hot Rubber Moulding

Description

Used Mead H283 Pneumatic Press with 2,763 lb ft clamping capacity.  Has heated upper and lower platens 120 to 277 volt input.  The plates are 10" wide by 8" deep.  Current open height is 4.25"  The bottom plate is spaced up a few inches.  Total open height from base to mounting head is 10.5".  There are three heating elements in each top and bottom plate.  These could easily be made larger or smaller with heating elements added or subtracted if needed.    Dirty, but in working condition from a closed down rubber molding facility.  If you need any other information send us a message.
