Original WWII WW2 Kriegsmarine German Military Uniform Insignia

I am not a military memorabilia collector.  I'm a widow of a Vietnam Vet who was the son of a WWII vet who was the son of a WWI vet and I've ended up with relics from all 3 wars.
Please look carefully at all pictures.  And verify for yourself what insignia it is.
