Chinese Pair of Reverse Glass Paintings, each depicting a young lady seated at a table, one with flute in hand, the other with a fan, each seated on a chair with a red cover cloth and in the background a covered table bearing a flower vase, the robes elaborately detailed, with their small, bound feet peaking out from under the hems, the hair with ornaments, earrings, contemporary frames,
Condition: Minor pigment losses, signs of age, slight wear, overall fine condition.
Each measuring: 17-1/4 in. x 13-1/4 in.
Qing dynasty, 19th Century.
