Pella Casement Sash Shim~ For all models

Description

Pella casement sash shims are used to lift up a sash to eliminate binding of sash against frame.
Mounts below the sash at hinge area under the pivot arm and shoe. Easily installs.
PRO TIP:
To install shim lift upon sash when in open position to take weight off hinge arm assembly and slip tab under assembly and attach provided screw into side of sash frame.
Check all mounting hardware in hinge assembly for tightness especially the pivot bolt. If pivot bolt is loose remove and use wood toothpick inserted (break flush) in hole to add strength to screw. Use hot glue on screw threads if needed.
