    Description

    Up for sale is a handmade parrot wall hanger with a hook for hanging plants, hummingbird feeder, votive etc., recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia PA area.  Thumbtack eyes.  Seems 30s 40s but could be 50s 60s.  Seems pine wood or plywood.  Very folky piece, but these were definitely popular around the 30s.  Would be neat with a votive.  13" long and 5" wide.  The loss around the hanging hole has been stained over so might be original in the making.  Someone had tape and pulled it off, dealer maybe, so there is stain loss there.  Would be nice distressed more or painted.
