Smoke and Fire Alarm First Alert Battery Powered SA710CN

First Alert Smoke & Fire Alarm.Model number SA710CN. Includes 9volt battery inside package.
When I bought this from a yard sale it appeared to be new and sealed but now that I really inspect it, it appears to be shifted in the package and possibly glued back together?? I took pictures, look at the last two pictures it looks like maybe someone possibly glued the plastic shell back together so therefore I am not sure about whether it has actually been used or not …I’ll let you be the judge
