Mid-century vintage Chinese reverse paintings on glass. Qainlong Emperor & Empress Consort Xiaoxianchun  after Guiseppe Castiglione's paintings in wood frames. Dressed in cerimonal robes with hoof cuff to ptotect hands from wind when riding. Paintings measures 14.5" tall by 10.25" framed plus brass hook 1 3/8". Paintings alone 13" by 9". (F18)
